Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in state of employment.
• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma or by endorsement.
• Infusion experience preferred.
• Physical requirements: Medium work with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plans of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain confidential patient charts and use IT to document and support decision-making.
• Promote and advocate for patient health and safety, respecting rights.
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning readiness.
