Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse for Grand Rapids & Grandville, MI. You will administer infusion therapies, calculate and mix medications, and perform IV insertions while monitoring patients before, during, and after treatments.

The role is Per Diem with a Monday–Friday as needed schedule, non-exempt status, reporting to Clinical Operations Manager. Location details include Grand Rapids and Grandville facilities in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Must hold current and valid state RN licensure.
• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s program.
• ONC certification preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year IV experience required.
• Infusion experience preferred.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• ICU/ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in infusion settings with attention to safety and quality.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescription medications.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Document assessments and communicate with medical staff.
• Perform skillful IV insertions.
• Coordinate with providers via Telehealth when needed.
• Support CQI activities and daily charting.
