Job summary

Soleo Health is looking for a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Grand Rapids area. The role involves providing patient care, education, and coordination of care within a multidisciplinary team.

Must have a current Michigan RN license, with preference for BSN and infusion therapy experience. The position offers competitive wages, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Michigan in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with a background in infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for all assigned patients.
• Evaluate and educate patient/care partner on home infusion therapy.
• Document all patient encounters and care activities.
