Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to assemble and package deliveries, manage inventory, and enter patient data.

You may help ensure timely delivery to patient homes, ambulatory infusion suites, or other sites of service, and assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking shipments. Key duties include coordinating with courier services, maintaining vehicles, and supporting efficient warehouse workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Meets state requirements for Pharmacy Technician certification or licensure.
• Associates degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops positive working rapport with courier service and understands delivery protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains assigned vehicle cleanliness; informs supervisor of issues; plans alternate deliveries during emergencies.
• Gathers and checks compounding material before entry into the clean room.
• Compounds sterile preparations as needed and checks product integrity before pharmacist review.
• Labels sterile preparations when allowed by state regulations.
• Coordinates with pharmacy and customer service to ensure timely processing of delivery tickets.
• Tracks lead time for deliveries and optimizes routes for cost efficiency.
• Performs inventory counts and ensures safe warehouse operations.
• Assembles and prepares patient deliveries; receives and stocks incoming orders.
• Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of returned equipment.
• Notifies personnel of stock shortages and validates orders with supervisor.
