Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the assembly, packaging, and delivery of medications and supplies to patients’ homes and clinics.

You will manage inventory, stock incoming shipments, and help ensure timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and ACHC regulations. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred for advancement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret operational logistics information.

Responsibilities

• Develops positive working rapport with courier services and understands delivery operations.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and reports mechanical issues.
• Prepares and compounds materials for delivery; assists in inventory and stock management.
• Assembles and prepares patient deliveries; receives and stocks incoming orders.
• Performs routine maintenance, testing and cleaning of equipment and supports inventory control.
