Qualifications

• Two years of IV room compounding experience including hazardous medications.
• Completion of appropriate training program.
• Pharmacy Technician license (WA) on hire.
• High school diploma or GED on hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares sterile medications, including hazardous drugs, for administration.
• Supports procurement of medications and related items to meet clinic needs.
• Performs pharmaceutical calculations and documents drug inventories.
• Places orders and coordinates backorders to optimize cost and formulary adherence.
• Ensures compliance with Drug Supply Chain Security Act and related policies.
