Qualifications

Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Able to perform basic & intermediate level mathematical calculations.
Excellent organizational skills.
Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting, and aligning text, selecting font type and size...).
Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: opening a workbook, inserting a row, formatting cells as currency...).
Basic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: inserting, rearranging, hiding, and deleting slides...).

Responsibilities

Prescription & Equipment Preparation and Processing: Review/validate basic prescription drug refill requests and process according to policies; Assist with preparing and dispensing medications & supplies; Assist with maintaining equipment through calibration, inspection, cleaning, testing.
