Job summary

Infusion Solutions Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists by filling physician orders for injectable medications and preparing IV admixtures using aseptic technique in a laminar flow hood.

The role includes inventory management, order entry, and patient delivery coordination in a fast-paced infusion setting. Responsibilities include following USP 797 guidelines, complying with HIPAA and company policies, and training new staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program
• Current Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Washington (per state law)

Responsibilities

• Answers the phone and greets customers in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
• Prepares intravenous solutions and admixtures, compliant with USP 797 guidelines.
• Maintains inventory of medications and supplies and reorders them according to need.
• Communicates effectively with patients and documents interactions accurately in accordance with company standards.
• Assists the pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical care for clients ranging in age from neonate to geriatric.
