Job summary

Emerging Health is expanding support in the Pacific Northwest and seeks an Infusion Pharmacy Technician in Eugene, Oregon. You will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, assisting with preparation, packing and delivery of infusion products and services.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Oregon.
• Current knowledge of all applicable state and federal pharmacy laws, rules and regulations.
• Computer skills include spreadsheets, Internet, word processing and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Represent the pharmacy in a professional and courteous manner with patients.
• Dispense and package medications under the direction of the on-duty pharmacist.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and laws; follow pharmacy policies on best practices.
• Assist in resolving patient concerns and complaints.
• Participate in continuing education programs and pharmacy committees.
