Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs compounding and any other tasks related to dispensing infusion therapy.
• Adheres to all applicable local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Maintains cleanroom sanitation and upkeep of infusion equipment.
• Performs pharmaceutical infusion compounding activities.
• Participates in pharmacy quality control and performance improvement activities.
• Manages pharmacy inventory control.
• Follows HIPAA and government regulations.
• Other duties as assigned; may vary by location.
