Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to oversee our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in Dublin, OH. This role directs pharmacy operations, ensures compliance with USP standards and state regulations, and leads a team of pharmacists, technicians, and interns.

You will manage clinical services, dispensing, patient plans, and on-call coverage, while maintaining high-quality patient care and efficient operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience.
• Active state licensure.
• Post graduate training preferred.
• Minimum 7 years Pharmacist experience.
• CPR +/Care Tend experience is desired.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Directs pharmacy and operations functions to ensure effective operations.
• Demonstrates understanding of USP 797 standards, USP 800 standards, and current State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Provides and/or oversees compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services.
• Ensures that all pharmacy operations meet licensing and standards requirements.
• Prepares prescriptions, solutions, and medications accurately and promptly.
• Interacts with physicians and referral sources as required.
• Participates in on-call coverage for pharmacists and covers as needed.
