JobRx, Inc. is hiring a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator for Infusion Services in Kansas City. This position provides clinical support for outpatient non-oncology and home infusion services. The role demands excellent interdisciplinary communication and the ability to support and expand clinical pharmacist capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed pharmacist with a strong focus on patient care, capable of leading a team and implementing new ideas for improved services. A Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy is required, with advanced residency training preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in unit/team towards its goals.
• Licensed Pharmacist in state of primary practice site required.
• Experience with patient care in infusion services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support for infusion services teams.
• Participate in patient care rounds on a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead educational presentations for pharmacy staff and others.
