A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Infusion Pharmacist in Tulsa, OK to support home and long-term care patients. You will dispense medications, evaluate therapies, and provide medication consultations while maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with care teams.

The role requires an RPh license, strong communication skills, and experience in infusion or LTC settings. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a 35-hour work week.

Qualificações

• Active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review, prepare, and dispense prescription medications accurately and safely.
• Monitor medication compliance, utilization, and potential overuse patterns.
• Ensure prescriptions are appropriate and compliant with applicable laws/regulations.
• Evaluate and monitor drug therapies for home care patients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy files.
• Counsel patients on dosage, administration, storage, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and other healthcare staff.
• Supervise pharmacy staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory of medications and supplies.
