Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacist in Tulsa, OK to support medication management for home and long-term care patients. You will dispense medications, evaluate therapies, counsel patients, and maintain accurate records.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with pay at $65+ per hour. Applicants must hold an active pharmacist license; PharmD preferred; experience in long-term care or home infusion is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RPh license in the applicable state.
• Strong knowledge of prescription medications, drug interactions, medication safety, and pharmacy regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely.
• Monitor patient medication compliance, utilization, and potential overuse.
• Ensure medications are appropriate and comply with state laws and regulations.
• Evaluate and monitor drug therapies for home care patients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy files.
• Counsel patients on medications, including administration, dosage and storage.
