Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense infusion medications accurately.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Monitor patient medication therapy and provide clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding infusion treatments and medication management.
• Counsel patients and caregivers on medications, administration, and side effects.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in pharmacy quality assurance and safety initiatives.
• Assist with inventory management and medication ordering.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule.
