Plumas District Hospital in Quincy, CA seeks an Outpatient Services and Float RN to deliver comprehensive nursing care to infusion and therapy patients, coordinate with clinic staff, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires CA RN licensure, BLS/CPR, ACLS/PALS within 6 months, and strong communication. You’ll manage pre-procedure calls, infusion coordination, and cross-coverage across perioperative and acute care settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire
• Excellent communication skills and MS Word/Excel competency
• Two years RN experience in Acute Care preferred
• Experience with electronic health records

Responsabilités

• Follows policies and procedures and accesses online manuals
• Completes chart prep and pre-procedure/infusion calls for compliance and continuity of care
• Applies nursing process through assessment and planning
• Performs nursing assessment and screening upon patient arrival for therapy
• Translates assessment data into nursing diagnoses
