Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or in progress with commitment to obtain within four years from hire or transfer date.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Current California RN license.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association required.
• Maintains department required licenses/certifications.
• ANCC Magnet Certification: Required 1/1/2026 deadline with 1 year to obtain.

• Facilitates Patient Flow initiatives to ensure Admissions, Discharges and Transfers are managed efficiently and safely.

• Incorporates operational information and procedures to promote high standards of patient care and service.
• Maintains and reviews all aspects of corporate compliance related to the assigned clinical area(s).
• Assist in maintaining high satisfaction for patient, family and visitor experiences.
• Develops collaborative relationships with clinical staff, physicians, peers, and others across the Hospital for multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Promotes patient experience initiatives to enhance perception of care and healing.
