Kaiser Permanente in Oregon/Washington seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care within the health care team. You will provide in-person and telephonic nursing services, apply the nursing process, and support the mission with leadership in care delivery to Health Plan members and other patients.

The role requires an active RN license in OR or WA, at least 2 years of recent RN experience, and strong skills in critical thinking, collaboration and HIPAA compliance.

Formación

• Active RN license in OR or WA
• Minimum 2 years RN experience within the last five years
• Ability to use computerized information systems for care delivery
• BLS certification required at hire

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to Health Plan members and patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care team to address needs
• Lead, mentor and orient new staff in nursing practice
• Document care using the nursing process and ensure accuracy
• Triage and offer telephone advice within Oregon/Washington scope
