Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Warren, OH is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in the infusion setting. You will assess patient status, develop care plans, administer IV therapies and chemotherapy, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license (Associates or BSN) and has 1 year of medical/surgical or oncology experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 1 year of medical/surgical or oncology experience preferred.
• ONS Oncology Certification required within 6 months of hire.
• EPIC EHR training is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and develop care plans.
• Administer chemotherapy and other medications; start IVs and transfuse as needed.
• Provide leadership to the care team and support educational growth for peers.
• Create a safe, therapeutic environment across the lifespan.
• Other duties as assigned.
