Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient- and family-centered care, educates on illness management and post-treatment needs, promotes safety and quality compliance.
• Develops individualized care plans and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Administers medications, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood products; communicates care plans.
