Under general supervision, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold compliance with industry standards and MOH policies. This role emphasizes safety and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS certification.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate and promote continuity of care per standards.
• Administer therapies under physician direction and supervise dosing as needed.
• Perform venipuncture, access ports, and manage central line devices.
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation and ensure proper consent.
• Support patient/family education and coordinate interprofessional care.
