Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Doctor of Pharmacy with oncology infusion experience for a 13-week contract at a hospital in Aurora, CO. The role runs from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and requires a PharmD, active CO license, and at least 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience; oncology/chemotherapy experience is highly desirable.

You will review orders, dispense and verify infusion medications, and collaborate with care teams to ensure safe patient care in the outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree, active Colorado Pharmacist license.
• Minimum 2 years infusion pharmacy experience, oncology/chemotherapy expertise desirable.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
• Ability to work onsite in Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders with attention to detail.
• Dispense and verify hazardous and non-hazardous medications used in infusion therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
