Job summary

Option Care Health in Rock Hill, SC seeks an Infusion Nurse II for part-time home infusion care. You will coordinate and provide intermediate nursing care in the patient’s home or an infusion suite, following a physician plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. BSN is preferred; travel is possible as needed and you will document care in real time for billing and continuity.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs at each visit and revises care plans as needed.
• Coordinates with physician orders and documents progress in real time.
• Provides training and mentorship to other nurses as needed.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.
