Local Infusion in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Infusion Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in our infusion center. You will manage IV insertions, administer infusions, and work autonomously with a patient-to-clinician ratio of 3:1.

The role emphasizes hands-on care, accurate documentation in EHR, collaboration with referring providers, and a patient-centered approach. GA RN licensure is required; ACLS/PALS preferred, BLS current, and weekend coverage optional.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in GA and willingness to obtain licensure in another state.
• Experience in outpatient infusion therapy and working in a clinical setting with multiple patients per shift.
• Strong IV skills including 5+ peripheral IV insertions per shift.
• ACLS & PALS certification preferred; BLS CPR is required.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Responsabilités

• Assess and document the health status of the patient.
• Deliver infusions or injections per prescribed protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining medical inventory and supplies.
• Openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers about order clarification, patient status, and plan of care.
• Provide onsite supervision for all patients.
