BioCure is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Neurology Infusion Suite (Part-Time) at two Florida locations: Lake Mary and Tavares. Pay is $47.00 per hour. The RN will oversee patient care in the infusion suite and administer IVIG per orders.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have infusion nursing experience (IVIG preferred), and BLS certification. Flexibility to cover two locations and a two-to-three day per week schedule is required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state where the infusion suite is located.
• At least five years of nursing experience; ICU or Emergency Department experience preferred.
• At least two years of infusion nursing experience.
• IVIG administration experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all aspects of patient care within the infusion suite.
• Prepare medications and administer IVIG infusions per physician orders and protocols.
• Initiate and maintain IV access.
• Safely and accurately administer IV infusion therapies.
• Monitor patients during infusions, assess for adverse reactions, and respond to complications.
• Document infusion details and patient responses in the EMR.
• Communicate with the physician’s office regarding patient care and updates.
• Maintain inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and support day-to-day infusion suite operations.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, safe, and professional environment for patients.

Registered Nurse – Neurology Infusion Suite (Part-Time)

Pay: $47.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Two - Three days per week (Two locations - Lake Mary, FL & Tavares, FL)
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of patient care within the infusion suite.
• Prepare medications and administer IVIG infusions in accordance with physician orders, prescribed treatment plans, and established protocols.
• Initiate and maintain IV access.
• Safely and accurately administer IV infusion therapies.
• Monitor patients throughout infusions, assess for adverse reactions, and respond appropriately to treatment complications.
• Follow prescribed infusion rates, titration instructions, and patient monitoring requirements.
• Document infusion details, vital signs, patient responses, and any adverse events in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Communicate effectively with the physician’s office regarding patient care, treatment updates, and clinical concerns.
• Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and reorder as needed.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the infusion suite.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, safe, and professional environment for patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous IVIG administration experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
