Responsibilities

• Home Visits: Provide specialty and core drug infusions, including IVIG and Remicade.
• Peripheral IV Management: Perform IV placement and maintenance.
• Central Line Maintenance: Manage central lines effectively.
• Training: Educate patients on injections, line maintenance, and self‑administered infusions.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and pharmacies to ensure optimal patient care.
• Plan of Care: Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold a current unrestricted RN license in Michigan and valid CPR.
• Experience: Prior experience in home healthcare visits is required.
• Skills: Experience with peripheral IV starts/maintenance, IV infusion therapy, injection and self‑infusion training, phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients, and CVAD knowledge is essential.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable car and auto insurance.
• Background: Clean background and Urine Drug Screen.
• Compliance: Must adhere to regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and client confidentiality.
