BioCure is an Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS) management company. We are seeking an enthusiastic infusion nurse to join our Rheumatology infusion team in Atlanta, GA.

You will provide compassionate patient care, expertly manage medications, IV access, and infusion administration in a calm, professional environment. The position requires an RN license and 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in infusion.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide in-suite patient care with compassion and precision.
• Medication Management: Expertly mix and set up all medications.
• IV Access: Skillfully initiate and maintain IV access.
• Infusion Administration: Safely and accurately administer IV infusions.
• Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients throughout the infusion process.
• Treatment Management: Efficiently manage any treatment complications.
• Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the physician practice.
• Documentation: Accurately document visits using electronic medical records.
• Inventory Management: Track supplies inventory, reorder as needed, and manage scheduling.
• Environment Maintenance: Maintain a calm, safe, and professional atmosphere.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN state license.
• 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in Infusion, ICU, or ER.
• 2 years of infusion experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear.
• Required to use hands to operate office equipment.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
