Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, infusion therapy in an outpatient setting across multiple sites, mainly in East Memphis with occasional needs in Collierville and Olive Branch. The NP will supervise infusions, conduct assessments, and support families, with a focus on patient-centered care.

The role requires active NP licensure, board certification, and experience in infusion care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP and RN licenses (as required by state).
• Board certification through AANP or ANCC.
• BLS mandatory; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion/ outpatient settings is a plus.
• Ability to care for adults and pediatrics; Family NP preferred.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and clinical documentation proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with on-site and virtual supervision during infusions.
• Perform patient assessments and document SOAP notes; monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate EHR documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve care coordination.
• Support operations including inventory, authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
