IVX Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient infusion care team in the Memphis area. This role delivers high-quality infusion therapies, administers treatments, monitors patient responses, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care in a patient-centered environment.

You'll provide direct supervision and care at multiple facilities, participate in treatment planning, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and uphold HIPAA/OSHA standards while

Qualifications

• Active and Unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Clinical experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills with biologics, medications, and emergency protocol familiarity.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with on-site and virtual supervision during infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and document observations; monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR; ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
• Optimize workflows by chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to improve care coordination.
• Support operations and training, including inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
