Job summary

IVX Health in Dallas-Fort Worth seeks a skilled Nurse Practitioner to lead infusion therapy at our Las Colinas and Highland Park centers. You’ll provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

  • Active NP license and RN license as required by state.
  • Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required.
  • BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
  • Experience in ambulatory infusion centers or outpatient clinics is a plus.
  • Ability to care for diverse patient populations (adults and pediatrics).

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and supervise infusions on-site and virtually as needed.
  • Perform patient assessments and document SOAP notes; monitor treatment responses.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects.
  • Maintain HIPAA/compliance and accurate EHR documentation.
  • Optimize clinic workflows and coordinate with referring providers and teams.
  • Support operations, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.

FT Nurse Practitioner (NP) | Dallas-Fort Worth Market Location(s): Las Colinas Infusion Center + Highland Park Infusion Center Full-Time | Monday - Friday + rotating Saturdays | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. We are opening two new infusion centers in Dallas! The Las Colinas Infusion Center is expected to open in August 2026, while the Highland Park Infusion Center is expected to open in October 2026. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients. With your expertise in infusion therapy, you’ll oversee patient care, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers. What You Will Do
  • Provide Direct Patient Care – Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
  • Conduct Patient Assessments – Perform evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses.
  • Educate and Support Patients – Guide patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality – Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  • Optimize Clinical Workflows – Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams – Work closely with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
  • Support Operations and Training – Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability – Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed.
  • Perform Additional Duties – Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.
What We're Looking For
  • Active and Unrestricted Licenses – Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state).
  • Board Certification – AANP or ANCC certification required.
  • Life Support Certifications – BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
  • Clinical Experience – Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
  • Ability to Treat a Diverse Patient Population – Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics—Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.
  • Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills – Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
  • Proficiency in Clinical Documentation – Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
