Job summary

IVX Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to lead infusion therapy in two new Dallas-area infusion centers. You will deliver high-quality, patient-focused care, supervise treatment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting.

The role requires NP and possibly RN licensure, board certification (AANP/ANCC), and BLS with PALS preferred. You’ll help grow services, ensure compliant documentation, and support patient education and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state
• RN license may be required per state rules
• Board certification with AANP or ANCC
• BLS required; PALS preferred
• Experience in ambulatory infusion centers or outpatient clinics is a plus
• Proficiency with EHR systems and strong HIPAA/compliance knowledge
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and facility-based infusion and supervision
• Perform patient assessments and document SOAP notes
• Educate patients and families on treatments and expected side effects
• Maintain accurate EHR records and ensure HIPAA/compliance standards
• Optimize clinical workflows and assist in treatment planning
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams
• Support operations, inventory management, and regulatory adherence
• Work across multiple facilities within the market as needed
• Take on additional duties to support patient care and organizational goals

Full-Time | Monday - Friday + rotating Saturdays | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Las Colinas Infusion Center is expected to open in August 2026, while the Highland Park Infusion Center is expected to open in October 2026. What You Will Do

• Provide Direct Patient Care – Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
• Conduct Patient Assessments – Perform evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate and Support Patients – Guide patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
• Ensure Compliance and Quality – Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Optimize Clinical Workflows – Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams – Work closely with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
• Support Operations and Training – Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Flexibility and Adaptability – Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed.
• Perform Additional Duties – Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Active and Unrestricted Licenses – Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state).
• Board Certification – AANP or ANCC certification required.
• Life Support Certifications – BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Clinical Experience – Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Ability to Treat a Diverse Patient Population – Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics—Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.
• Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills – Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
• Proficiency in Clinical Documentation – Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
