Job summary

IVX Health in Waco, TX invites a skilled Nurse Practitioner to lead infusion care in our outpatient setting. You will supervise on-site infusions, perform patient assessments, and educate families about treatment expectations and potential side effects.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care, accurate documentation, and HIPAA compliance, while advancing your clinical skills through CEUs and certifications offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Active NP license (RN license if required by state).
• Board certification in AANP or ANCC.
• BLS certification; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient clinic is a plus.
• Ability to treat adults and pediatrics; FNP preferred.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Perform patient assessments, document SOAP notes, monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support operations, inventory, and regulatory adherence.
• Flexibly work across facilities within the market as needed.
• Take on additional duties to support patient care and objectives.
