Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ohio to join our outpatient infusion center. This hybrid role blends hands-on infusion delivery with clinical oversight, delivering high-quality patient care, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NP license in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year post-graduate clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure effective communication with patients across all aspects of their care.
• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure effective delivery of care.
• Resolve clinical escalations, in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medication in accordance with patient needs and protocols.
• Order and maintain medical inventory and supplies.
