Job summary

Local Infusion in Dayton, OH is seeking a skilled Infusion Nurse Practitioner to provide infusion services and clinical oversight in a hybrid, outpatient setting. The NP will operate under existing protocols, ensuring high-quality patient care while collaborating with referring physicians and care teams.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio NP license, has 2+ years in infusion or outpatient care, and brings strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year post-graduate NP experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient or infusion care experience.
• IV therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infusions or injections per prescribed protocols and guidelines.
• Coordinate with referring/providers to ensure care delivery and plan of care communication.
• Prescribe select medications per patient needs and clinical protocols.
• Order and maintain medical inventory and supplies.
