Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to deliver direct patient care in a Home Infusion setting. You will apply the nursing process, monitor patient status, and collaborate with other departments to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, educating patients and families, and safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality while upholding Mercy values and service standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Must hold a current valid state nursing license.
• CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and disciplines.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
