Responsibilities

• Administers medications as prescribed and documents justification and effectiveness.
• Performs ongoing supervision of patient response and documents in EMR.
• Communicates with physicians and pharmacists via phone or EMR regarding patient updates.
• Schedules appointments and communicates schedule and expectations to patients.
