Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite, ensuring safety and continuity under a physician’s plan.

Coverage includes Peachtree Corners (30092) and Atlanta (30308) with travel to the surrounding perimeter north of Atlanta. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and infusion nursing competence; strong documentation and teamwork are essential in a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care, conducts treatments and educates patients/families.
• Modifies plan of treatment in response to status changes or physician orders.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
