Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking experienced RNs for our Home Infusion Nursing Team to deliver infusion therapies in patients' homes across NYC and Long Island. You will conduct assessments, perform PICC/port care, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure continuity of care.

Ideal candidates hold a NY RN license with infusion nursing experience, are proficient with EMR, and can educate patients and families on therapy administration and safety.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years infusion nursing experience in home care, hospital, or outpatient settings.
• Competence with portable IV pumps and venous access; IVIG, PICC/port care a plus.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infusion therapies at patients' homes, including antibiotics, IV fluids, and other complications.
• Perform PICC line and port care, access/de-access of implanted ports and Broviac lines.
• Assess patients, document findings, and coordinate with infusion pharmacy and clinicians.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy administration and safety.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in training.
