Job summary

Always Compassionate Health seeks an experienced Infusion Homecare Nurse to perform at-home visits, initiate care, and follow up as needed in the Bronx/Upper Manhattan region. The role requires an active NYS RN license and infusion expertise, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.

The nurse will educate families, coordinate with the infusion intake team, and may precept newer nurses while managing multiple cases within a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a home care infusion setting or similar.
• NYS RN license with current BLS/ACLS status.
• Experience supervising or mentoring other nurses preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire Registered Nurses whose direct support, knowledge, skills, and expertise will enable our company to grow, adapt, and expand into new areas of home-based nursing services. This infusion field nurse would be responsible for conducting patient visits to initiate patient care, performing follow-up visits as needed, and precepting and evaluating the skills of newly hired nurses as requested. The Infusion Homecare Nurse will partner with our Infusion Intake Team to ensure seamless initiation of infusion care in patients' homes.Qualifications:Applicants must have at least 3 years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience as a registered nurse in a home care infusion company, hospital, clinic, or medical facilitySupervisory or managerial experience PREFERRED.Infusion experience is REQUIRED.
