Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to provide direct care for infusion patients in Chandler, AZ. You will be responsible for educating patients about home infusion therapy and maintaining communications with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the applicable state's Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for all assigned patients including necessary communication.
• Evaluate and educate patient/care partner for safe home infusion therapy.
• Document all patient encounters and care activities.
