Job summary

Genesis Medical Group LLC is seeking a full-time Infusion Nurse for an on-site role in Spring, Texas. You will administer IV medications, biologics, and other infusion therapies per physician orders and protocols.

You will assess patients before, during, and after infusions and educate them on treatment plans and home-care instructions. You will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care, maintain equipment, uphold infection control and safety standards, and

Qualifications

• Strong clinical foundation in Nursing and Medicine with evidence-based infusion practice.
• Home Infusion and Critical Care experience or training preferred.
• Direct Patient Care skills: assessment, IV insertion, venipuncture, monitoring.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Texas (TX).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients before, during, and after infusions.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and document findings.
• Document care in the medical record accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Maintain infusion equipment and supplies; ensure infection control.
• Support quality improvement efforts and safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling and patient throughput as needed.
