Job summary

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Texas (TX).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Infusion Nurse role located in Spring, TX. The Infusion Nurse will provide direct patient care by administering IV medications, biologics, and other infusion therapies in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Daily responsibilities include assessing patients before, during, and after infusions, monitoring for adverse reactions, documenting care in the medical record, and educating patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home-care instructions. The Infusion Nurse will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, maintain infusion equipment and supplies, and uphold infection control and safety standards. The role also involves participating in quality improvement efforts, supporting patient scheduling and throughput, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical foundation in Nursing and Medicine, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in an infusion setting.
• Experience or training in Home Infusion and Critical Care Medicine to support complex therapies and high-acuity patients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Direct Patient Care, including assessment, IV insertion, venipuncture, and ongoing patient monitoring.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Preferred experience in infusion centers, oncology, outpatient specialty clinics, or home infusion services.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, patient education, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and to manage multiple patients and priorities efficiently.
