Job summary

Palmetto Infusion is seeking a Nurse Educator responsible for company-wide nurse education, orientation, and competency evaluations. The role includes BLS education, coordinating with Nurse Managers, and ongoing in-services to ensure high standards of infusion care.

Schedule is Mon–Fri 8:00–5:00 with possible Saturday as needed, serving multiple Georgia locations. Ideal candidates will hold an RN license, CRNI eligibility within 3 years, and a BLS Instructor Certification, with 3+ years in

Qualifications

• RN license active in state of practice (GA).
• CRNI certification within 3 years of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• BLS Instructor Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develops an orientation plan for nurses and coordinates the educational plan with Nurse Managers.
• Conducts annual competency evaluations for existing nurses and new hires.
• Provides Basic Life Support education for staff.
• Implements education for new drug therapies, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintains effective communication of current practices and patient procedures.
