Job summary

Elevate Infusion LLC is seeking a Contract RN Infusion Nurse to provide exceptional in-home infusion care. You will deliver medications and educate patients in their homes, working independently with high safety and quality standards.

The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, including drive time compensation. You will manage patient-focused care, one patient at a time, in a way that enhances outcomes and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Nebraska.
• At least 2 years as RN with 1+ year in ER, ICU, or Infusion.
• At least 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (preferred).
• Ability to independently start PIV lines and manage infusion therapy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and effective delivery of infusion medications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy administration.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the team for each patient encounter.
• Maintain scheduling and case management via the approved platform.
• Communicate scheduling changes to the team as needed.
• Start peripheral IV lines and administer IVIG/biologics in home setting.
• Submit thorough documentation within 24–48 hours of encounters.
