Job summary

Providence Home Infusion is seeking an RN Clinician to provide direct nursing services and case management for infusion therapy. The role involves collaboration with patients, caregivers, physicians, and payers, and acting as a resource for infusion needs. Coverage is primarily in Burbank with supporting calls in Orange County.

The position is per diem/on-call, with a focus on patient-centered care and a culture of mutual respect within Providence’s caregiver network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• California Registered Nurse License.
• Within 30 days: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year acute care nursing experience.
• Home infusion and vascular access experience.
• CRNI coursework/training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing services and case management for infusion therapy.
• Collaborate with patient/caregiver, physician, other providers, and payer.
• Serve as a professional role model in nursing processes and infusion care.
• Cover per diem/on-call shifts primarily in Burbank, with Orange County support as needed.
