Providence Home Infusion is seeking an RN Clinician to provide direct nursing services and case management for infusion therapy. The role involves collaboration with patients, caregivers, physicians, and payers, and acting as a resource for infusion needs. Coverage is primarily in Burbank with supporting calls in Orange County.

The position is per diem/on-call, with a focus on patient-centered care and a culture of mutual respect within Providence’s caregiver network.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• California Registered Nurse License.
• Within 30 days: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year acute care nursing experience.
• Home infusion and vascular access experience.
• CRNI coursework/training (preferred).

Responsabilidades

Description

This is a per diem/on call position that will provide coverage primarily in Burbank but will support Orange County as needed.

As a RN Clinician the position provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy. This is accomplished through collaboration with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer. This position functions as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborating with other health care workers to promote quality patient care, and acting as a resource for patients with infusion needs.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year Acute care nursing
• Home infusion and vascular access experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework/Training Infusion Nurse Society (CRNI)

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
