Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required.
• Must have RN licensure in Michigan.
• One year chemo/immunotherapy infusion experience in last 3 years.
• CPR Certification and maintain certification; ACLS certification.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification required.
