Job summary

AOM Infusion is a national home infusion therapy pharmacy expanding into ambulatory infusion centers across a growing multi-state network. The Infusion Nurse Practitioner leads clinical care and oversees infusion therapies across designated centers, supervising staff and ensuring compliant, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical NP experience preferred.
• Ambulatory infusion or outpatient infusion center experience required.
• Experience supervising or mentoring RNs or clinical teams preferred.
• Willing to travel locally within assigned market and cover multiple sites.
• Comfortable with EMR systems and remote communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and clinical clearances for infusion therapy.
• Administer and oversee infusion therapies per orders and protocols.
• Monitor patients during infusion and respond to adverse events.
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight of infusion staff.
• Ensure accurate real-time documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate with Local Medical Directors as required.
• Support quality reviews and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with infusion standards and HIPAA regulations.
