Job summary

Infusion for Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Manager to provide clinical leadership across multiple ambulatory infusion centers. You will supervise a diverse team, oversee operations, and drive quality patient care with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires an NP license, master’s degree, and at least 5 years of clinical experience, including leadership exposure. You will collaborate with a Medical Director, manage workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance while traveling

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (NP) from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in infusion therapy or related specialty.
• 2 years in healthcare leadership or management role preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• AANPCB or ANCC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision in collaboration with the Medical Director, including care-plan development and documentation audits.
• Manage a team of RNs, LVNs, MAs, and mixologists across multiple clinic locations.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize patient care and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct on-site visits monthly to clinics and provide coaching and mentorship to staff.
