Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to oversee infusion care in our Plano ambulatory center and via telehealth across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Primary duties include developing care plans, liaising with referring physicians, and guiding nursing staff through infusion procedures.

You’ll ensure care aligns with state/federal regulations and company policies, delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a flexible, hybrid schedule. Friday/Saturday shifts included.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of TX.
• DEA license required.
• ONCC/CRNI certification preferred.
• 1-3 years clinic experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infusion care in ambulatory infusion center and via telehealth.
• Create and maintain patient care plans.
• Liaise between referring physicians and infusion center.
• Document infusion orders in EMR and monitor patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
